ROCA: In Odessa, was held a meeting of clergy and a pastoral conference (PHOTOS, VIDEO)

April 1 in Odessa, was held the  annual pastoral meeting of the clergy of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia. The Participants discussed current issues of the life of the diocese and plans for the future. 

"This is a very useful meeting. It unites us. We meet with the brothers in the ministry, of our parish churches. These meetings help to strengthen our love and our joint search for the truth ", wrote on  the internet page, "View from Odessa", Archpriest Alexander Martynenko from Dneprodzerzhinsk:

This Pastoral Conference was held with the blessing of the Head of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, Metropolitan Agafangel.

March 31, participants prayed at the evening service, and on April 1 served together the Divine Liturgy of the Presanctified Gifts, headed by Metropolitan Agafangel. After the service and the meal there was a meeting at which those present sang Eternal Memory  for the departed, Hieromonk Makarios and Archpriest Basil Demchenko, and also discussed the situation in our Church.
