There was an error in his Ukaz where it say's that the Parishes in Astoria and Valley Cottage have  to [both]  vote in a General Parish Meeting, to decide  under whose Diocese they want to belong. During the course of our conversation, we rectified that, so that  the Valley Cottage Parish [ St. Sergius Church] doesn't have to have a meeting to vote to which Diocese they want to belong in, since they were already previously in my Diocese, meaning in the Diocese of Archbishop Andronik before the 19th July, 2016  Synod's  meeting. So I ask you kindly to make the necessary corrections on your web site.    +Archbishop Andronik
