Опубликовано в РПЦЗ (Просмотров: 49) Published in the ROCA (Views: 49) Таги: рпцз , украина , гонения на верующих Tags: ROCA , Ukraine , the persecution of the believers Заместитель Саакашвили Соломия Бобровская в очередной раз отказала в праве пребывания на Украине еще четырем нашим монахиням, русским по национальности.    Under Saakashvili,  Salome Bobrovskaya once again, has  refused the right to stay in Ukraine for four more of our nuns, who are Russian by citizenship & nationality.   В связи с этим Митрополит Агафангел обдатился в Департамент по делам религий в Киеве с просьбой разъяснить, на каком основании в Украине осуществляется дискриминация верующих по религиозному и национальному признаку:   In this regard, Metropolitan Agafangel petitioned  the Department of Religious Affairs in Kiev, with the request, for the government  to explain the grounds on which this discrimination is being carried out in Ukraine, against  religious believers and due to their ethnic ancestry. Епархиальное Управление Русской Православной Церкви Заграницей зарегистрировано на Украине в 1994 году.   The Diocesan Office of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia was registered in Ukraine in 1994.   Наш религиозный центр (Архиерейский Синод) зарегистрирован в Нью-Йорке (США).    The religious center/head quarters of our Synod of Bishops is  recorded as in New York (USA).    Мы представляем часть Русской Зарубежной Церкви, которая отказалась в 2007 году объединяться с Московской Патриархией.    We represent a part of the Russian Orthodox Church, which refused in 2007 to unite with the Moscow Patriarchate.   Во времена СССР наша церковь преследовалась как антисоветская организация.   In Soviet times, our church was persecuted as an anti-Soviet organization.   Сейчас в РФ мы также испытываем притеснения, нам отказывают в регистрации и препятствуют развитию.    Now in Russia we are experiencing oppression, and there we are denied official registration which is  hindering our  development.    В Украине у нас подобных проблем никогда не возникало, до прихода в Одесскую обладминистрацию заместителя губернатора Соломии Анатольевны Бобровской, которая занялась прямой дискриминацией нашей Церкви.   In Ukraine, we are now having similar  problems, which never have previously occurred, before the arrival in the Odessa Regional Administration, of  Deputy Governor Salome Anatolevny Bobrovskaya, who has  taken a course of outright discrimination against our Church. В связи с этим прискорбным фактом, прошу ответить, продолжает ли наша Русская Православная Церковь Заграницей пользоваться равными правами с другими религиозными объединениями, зарегистрированными в Украине, и монахини, имеющие гражданство РФ, должны ли подвергаться дискриминации, по сравнению с монахинями, имеющими гражданство других стран?   In connection with this unfortunate situation, we ask that you please answer: whether or not, our church shall continue-[our Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia], to  enjoy equal rights with the other religious associations in Ukraine, which are also registered in Ukraine, and if our nuns who have Russian citizenship, should be discriminated against, when compared with our other nuns, -they  having the citizenship of various other countries ? Для нас важен официальный ответ на этот вопрос, поскольку С. Бобровская требует от матушек, которые более 10 лет прожили в Украине, покинуть территорию нашего государства.   For us, an official response on this matter is important, inasmuch as S. Bobrovskaya demands that the matushki [nuns], who have lived in Ukraine for more than 10 years, leave the territory of our state, [i.e. leave Ukraine].    Им некуда выезжать у них нет своего жилья и среди них есть вообще не транспортабельные – больные и пожилые, нуждающиеся в постороннем уходе.   The nuns  have nowhere else to go, they do not have their own homes and among them are  generally those who are not transportable - the sick and the elderly who need constant care.   Требование покинуть Украину госпожа Бобровская официально объясняет «складною суспільною та політичною ситуацією», не ссылаясь при этом на действующее законодательство.   The reasons for the requirement to leave Ukraine,  Mrs. Bobrovskaya officially explains as: "Due to the 'unfolding social and political situation',  without referring to  existing Ukrainian national legislation. [i.e. the established official laws of Ukraine!]. Мы на Украине впервые столкнулись с откровенным фактом дискриминации по религиозному и национальному признаку, и не считаем этот факт нормальным и приемлемым.   We in Ukraine for the first time are now faced with the  blatant fact of [governmental] discrimination on religious and ethnic grounds, and we do not believe that this situation  is normal or acceptable. + Митрополит Агафангел    + Metropolitan Agafangel
