President  of the Hierarchal Synod of the Russian Orthodox Church Abroad 21 August/03 September 2016 Apostle Thaddaeus To: Archbishop Andronik (formerly of Syracuse and St. Nicholas, Canada and Ottawa) DIRECTIVE In connection with the fact that you have repudiated the signature on your Declaration, dated 3/16 August 2016, that you recognize the Directives and Enactments of the First Hierarch of the ROCA, of the Hierarchal Synods and Councils, which was made as a result of an agreement with the President of the Synod and its Secretary in the presence and with the approval of representatives of the GOC [Genuine Orthodox Church] of Greece, my directive of the same date, accordingly, is likewise rescinded. With regard to you, the Directive of the Hierarchal Synod, No. 197(238), dated 8/21 July 2016, continues to be operative, according to which you are retired with the right of serving in Mountain View. You may not perform any administrative functions, and likewise not serve on the territory of the Syracuse and Canadian Dioceses without special permission for this from the Right Reverend Gregory, to whom the pastoral care of the dioceses previously under your jurisdiction has been temporarily entrusted. Апостола Феллея Архиепископу Андронику (бывшему Сиракузскому и Никольскому, Канадскому и Оттавскому) УКАЗ В связи с тем, что Вы отказались от подписи под своим Заявлением от 3/16 августа 2016 года, о том, что Вы признаете Указы и Постановления Первоиерарха РПЦЗ, Архиерейских Синодов и Соборов, сделанном в результате договоренности с Председателем Синода и его Секретарем в присутствии и одобрении представителей ИПЦ Греции, мой Указ от этого же числа, соотвественно, также отменяется. Относительно Вас продолжает действовать Указ Архиерейского Синода №197(238) от 8/21 июля 2016 года, согласно которому Вы почисляетесь на покой с правом служения в Маунтен Вью. Вы не можете совершать никаких административных действий, и также служить на территории Сиракузской и  Канадской епархий без специального на то разрешения Преосвященного Епископа Григория, которому временно поручено окормление епархий, ранее бывших в Вашем ведении.
